No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
When you purchase a KeepHause digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own personal or household use.

• print the files for personal or household use; and
• reprint the files when needed.
You may not:
• resell or redistribute the digital files;
• share purchased files outside your household;
• upload files to marketplaces, public platforms, or file-sharing websites;

• claim the files, designs, content, or branding as your own;
• modify files for resale or redistribution; or
• create competing products using KeepHause materials.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of KeepHause intellectual property.
SECTION 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our digital products accurately.
Product previews, mockups, screenshots, colors, and examples are provided to help demonstrate our products.
Appearance may vary depending on your device, monitor, printer, software, paper, and settings.
You are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase.
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue products at any time, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital product.
An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed.

Because KeepHause products are digital and can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, returns or exchanges are generally not available once digital files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds may be considered in circumstances including:

• duplicate purchases or duplicate charges; or

Purchases made through the KeepHause store are transactions between you and KeepHause.
Shopify provides technology services but is not the seller of KeepHause products.
